This organisation is unbelievably unprofessional and unethical. I ordered a vitamin supplement from the company and emailed them to identify if they could possibly post the item asap. After not receiving a response for 2 days, nor having my order shipped, I emailed them again. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of receiving a reply from, Scott. Scott was rude, defensive and hostile. Scott also wasn't able to string enough words together to make a coherent sentence so all I understood from his reply was that, he was offended by my email advising that Baby Love don't pander to client requests, but rather post goods out when they feel like it. He also cancelled my order stating that the company were suspicious that my transaction was fraudulent! Unbelievable!
