After I had to take over as secretary of King Street Mews CTS 33124 after our professional body corporate manager was charged with embezzlement of body corporate funds I continued to engage backflow plumbing services. For three years now they have charged the complex for testing a backflow prevention device. This year they increased their price for their five minutes work so I engaged another tester. This tester had the integrity to tell me that the device was not connected to anything and was not required. Backflow was most likely taking money for many years without advising of this. You will find cheaper and more honest plumbing services I am sure. We have paid probably more than a thousand dollars for no reason.
