At Bai Rui, we teach the traditional martial art of taekwon-do incorporating not only fitness and self defence, but the traditional techniques, the history of the art and the discipline that accompanies achievements within the art.
The first two weeks are FREE, so come along and see how you can get fit, tone up and gain confidence with group support while having fun and making friends.
