When I went to see chris I did not know what to expect, had no idea what I was going to her for, I just knew this is what I had to do. I can't explain exactly how chris practices but she is amazing. I walked out of there feeling fabulous, she knew exactly what was going on for me. Now I am getting on to of everthing again, thanks chris. I recommend everybody should see her even if you don't know what you need or going to say.
