After taking your history and examining any previous investigations, a movement based screen is conducted (please bring shorts or comfortable clothing). Manual diagnostic tests to assist working diagnosis formulation are followed by treatment and rehabilitation.

Our Osteopaths use a wide range of gentle soft tissue and joint manipulations, depending on your age, fitness and diagnosis. Sessions also involve active stretching and dynamic functional exercises to improve posture and movement.
We aim to empower patients with safe and effective rehabilitation to reinforce improved function.
