We love a good Banh Mi and had been hearing about Banh Meats & Co for a while. We can thank Zomato for arranging the visit. Banh meats is located in Burwood, just a short distance from Westfield and the train station. The shop itself is set up for take away arrangement with a few tables set up to dine in. It is a casual dining space with a modern fit out and we liked the decor. Order at the counter and grab a table and get ready for the feast ahead of you.

Great new food outlet in the newly revived residential and dining precinct adjacent Burwood train station. Banh Meats & Co offers a selection of banh and meats including grilled and roast pork, fried chicken, grilled and smoked beef, soft shell crab and fried eggplant for the non-meat eaters, as well as potato gems, fries and a tasty mac and cheese.

Move aside bacon and egg roll, the chicken banh with the addition of a fried egg was perfect breakfast fare.

You'll also find espresso coffee with beans by Wilde and tasty cakes from Luxe bakery, your choice of any which they will blend into a cake shake - yes, including chocolate brownie, lemon meringue, carrot cake and custard tart! Thumbs up for the chocolate brownie cake shake.
