This BOQ is located on the upper side of burwood Road,before the huge rush of commercial shops and food stores. The plus side is that parking can be easier to find, albeit just sometimes. The branch is relatively quiet so it means queues are not a big problem. BOQ sometimes has good term deposit rates so watch out for them. Apart from that, I use the online bank services and find them OK. Nothing spectactular but for rate chasers, they can be worth a look.
