This is, surprisingly, not a very busy bank. There is usually a few people in there but I have never waited in line for more than a few minutes. If you are opening a new account it is best to already have done your research as I have been given incorrect info about the different account types (although I had read up on it so I knew it was wrong). They will happily give you the brochures though so take them to look over before making a decision). The staff are friendly and quick though.
