I waited in excess of half an hour for an appointment I had booked. Alas, an employee finally used their initiative and took over my query as the person I had my appointment with was tending to another query which went overtime. I am still waiting for resolution to part of my query. I've been a life-long BankWest customer, but I still think majority of the people that work there have no idea what's going on.
