I would be wary of dealings with this company. I had asked for a quote late last year for some large lightbox flexface banners with Kedar edging. I was given a favourable quote so I thought I would give them a try. After purchasing the banners I noticed the edging was just rope glued in. I installed the banners just before Christmas after returning from the break I saw the banners hanging out of the lightbox. I contacted the client to look after my end of the bargain because I wasn't sure what had happened for the banners to have pulled from the track. After inspection I found that double sided tape was used to glue in the rope and it had let go and the banner slid out and the rope was still in the track. I contacted banner city and was told to take some photos. I proceeded to remove the banners and took the most efficient action so my client would have a sign and would be happy.
