Baskin Robbins

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our experience here. Certain flavours of ice-cream in the fridge looked like it was too dry and hard and the fluro lighting was a bit too stark for a holiday/summer evening. The customer service was quite good and the sales assistant let us try out a couple of flavours. However I think that given that its about $5.80 for a single scoop, youre better off walking a few shops down the road for this homemade gelato with over 40 flavours and 2 scoops of ice-cream for the same price. Hopefully this retailer can take this feed back on board and make the necessary changes to this business.

This is always our first choice for a treat when out on the Esplanade. Baskin Robbins makes the absolute best flavours, and the kids like the new flavour every month. Having so many different flavours is a very clever marketing idea for this company.



We've tried other shops on the Esplanade, including the people that "mix in" lollies and other items. But these are usually not very good.



Staff at this Baskin Robbins are always extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the different flavours, and they usually have good suggestions.



We've never thought much of the smoothies - they used to be much better, but the company "improved" them and they are now much too sweet.



This shop has made us birthday cakes in the past as well, including one with a PICTURE on it! We don't know how they did it, but it was beautiful!
