Battery World Tamworth

Terrible knowledge about batteries, almost sold me into the wrong one for the camper. Thought the staff would know more. Useless service too, took way to long for someone to help in store. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very disappointed in staff attitude and service. Won't go back. I always shop at battery world but not any more.

I took my mobile phone into Battery World Tamworth. I was told it could be fixed by having the screen and 1 button replaced, costing $420. After paying the money my phone is still broken and I am $420 out of pocket. I went to the store and talked to the salesman about getting some of my money back, and I was told 'no that our business would be at a loss'. Never mind the fact that I have lost $420 and still have a broken phone.

We had trouble with a Caravan Battery and were more than grateful to find a staff person who went out of his way to help us. Kay spent quite a lot of time with us until he found the trouble which we really appreciate. It is rare to come across such outstanding customer service this day and age. If you need battery, solar panels, any sort of help with these items then this is the place to visit. If you are lucky to have Kay serve you on the day then you will have a great experience.
