Bay View Villa is located at the hills of North Hobart not far from the centre. It is situated in a residential area.
From the front, the so-called apartment looks quite modern and its own onsite and underground parking. It also has a pool.
The apartment itself is not so modern. The setup is quite old school and the furnishings are a quite outdated.
Our three bedroom apartment only has one bathroom and shower, and can really use the shower and changing rooms available next to the pool.
The in-apartment bathroom has been renovated and is probably the sole highlight of the apartment.
There are many minor misses in the apartment. There is a pole in the middle of the lounge room. In the evenings, you can feel some black spots on the lounge room as the downlights just don't go that far.
Hair dryer is the small hotel-like that practically has not enough power. No late checkouts permitted.
