Bayside Mowers & Chainsaws

Well, I ended up here by chance and I'm glad I did. I tried the Stihl dealer up the road to get a chainsaw serviced and the chain sharpened. I was told that it would be about $120 (!!!!!!) and they didn't have time to do it until after xmas. So I went and bought some new chains online but stupidly ordered them too long. So I went back to Stihl and asked them to remove 6 links. A lot of disinterested um-ing and ah-ing and said they couldn't do it so they recommended Bayside. Went there, was greeted with a smile, and they removed the links. Didn't even charge me! Now I didn't write this review because I got something for free, I did it because we need more businesses like this that offer good customer service. Had a browse through the store while I was waiting and they had some great deals too!! Give the big boys a miss and go here instead!
