Dropped into BCM Body Repairs last week for some advice on leaking back door. Scott came straight out checked my car, gave some very helpful suggestions and ways to locate possible cause. No cost, just straightforward helpful advice and support.
Definitely recommend them, always pleasant and helpful.

Excellent quality repairs. Friendly staff. I would choose BCM in future. Very pleased with their attention to detail and customer service. They exceeded my expectations and completed the work quickly.

I've been getting panel repairs done by this firm for years - would choose them any time in preference to others if I could - both with Insurance and non-insurance work (as little as possible overall, of course!). I've always found their work to be both good and reasonably priced, and usually quick (or there's a good reason why it's not quick!).

I don't know the owners apart from their business, but would be happy to.
Therefore I can't understand the "one star" review published here; that "reviewer"'s thinking has to be biased by something (that's my opinion, anyway).

Have always found BCM Motor Body Repairs Moorooka to be prompt, professional and with excellent service. I would return there any day (but hope I won't have to!!)

Nothing but a nightmare. My car has been back to this place 3 times, and every time it was never right. First time paint was peeling, had very heavy orange peeling, and bits of dirt in the paint, second time it went for repair, the peeled paint was just sprayed over! Wife had picked up car so went back third time to have interior cleaned as there was dirty hand marks and fingers on roof lining and doors.



All the time, management from BCM never seemed to really care about the situation and the angst I was put in. Never again, and I will be passing this on.
