I visited to get my hair permanently straightened (with KEUNE products). They did a very professional job and I left with silky and smooth hair. Their customer service however wasn't as good as I sometimes found it difficult to understand what they were saying. They did try their best to help me understand although and were quite friendly. Would difinitely recommend it.
