Beach House 7 is surrounded by Tomaree National Park and has views
over One Mile and Samurai beaches that will have you transfixed on your
seat on the deck. The house has been cleverly designed to maximise
all the advantages of its elevated site and sunny aspect.
The interior is groovy, relaxed and totally liveable. It flows over two levels, each with its own bathrooms and living spaces. This makes the property ideal for an upstairs-downstairs spread between kids and adults. You can all join together around the oval dining table on the second level for family meals that have been prepared on the huge marble benches in the kitchen. If the weather turns cool, light up the fire for warmth and flickering radiance. The three wonderful bedrooms are beautifully set with colourful fabrics and fine bed linens. Fluffy Egyptian cotton towels complete the bathrooms.
There is a sensational infinity pool on Beach House 7 estate. Patrolled surf beaches, sheltered harbours, places to eat and bush walks are all nearby.

Beach House 7 is stunning see all the way up to the Lighthouse at fingal Bay. The natural beauty and sounds of chirping birds are terrific. Lovely spot and in the beach house everything you would want plus more. A well thought out place for people on a vacation. Dealt with the owner who was great gave us a lot of information from walks to get down to the beach, visiting the kangaroos at the golf courses to some nice dining places around town. what was even a blast was the concierge that met us at the beach house , no driving into town to get a key, she showed us the place and was very welcoming. We all had such a great time and will definitely be back. Our only problem was we had to leave
Wow, Wow and Wow - what a perfect property with stunning views and oh what a sunset while laying in the pool!! We booked with the owner and then spoke to her agent and had nothing but praiser for both, they treated me like I was actually a close friend and the bonus of having someone meet and greet you was fantastic - you don't get customer service like that everywhere. I'm definately coming back here !
My family and I have stayed at beach house 7 twice this year and have nothing but praise for the unit, the location and the communication with the owner. The booking process was easy, replies were fast and the check in and out process was quick. We would not hesitate to return! Thank you for having us again!
I would not recommend this property to anyone as the owner is really difficuilt to deal with.
We booked this property in and fully paid. Then 2 weeks later the owner contacted us and advised the price has gone up and for us to pay more.
We advised this has being paid in full and the owner then a few days later cancelled our booking.
We had people coming from qld to stay with us at the property.
This caused alot of Inconvenience and recommend no one to book at this place as there is no certainty of the stay.
