I had what I thought was a straightforward oven removal and installation. As is the way with older homes, it turned out to be trickier than expected, requiring some minor cabinetry and plumbing work. Chris (and Steve via the phone) worked through all of the issues as they arose, discussed all options through with me, saved me $200-$300 in unexpected plumber fees, and managed to get the shiny new oven in and running. I know who I'll be calling next time I need any electrical work.

Power went off on Christmas day! Traced to underground cable. Distributor could not do anything. In an emergency, managed to contact Steve. What a relief. He helped to trace the fault. Unfortunately, it was a shorted cable between the junction box and our house. Steve organised for a new cable to put in, all the necessary inspection and then power back to our house. All this between Christmas and New Year. He kept us updated all the time on what was happening. We would not hesitate to recommend Beam to any one. Thanks Steve. Appreciate you giving up your holidays to help us.

Helped me over the phone without charge when there was a power failure at home.

Steve was a wonderful help. He guided us over the phone and was ready to come out at a moments notice when our power went out unexpectedly on Monday. He was personable and definitely knew what he was talking about. We were able to solve the problem and won't hesitate to call him if we need him again.
