Worst experience ever. Got some tyres and rims from them near the start of the year. Developed a violent shaking in the steering,took it back to them and they wouldn't even do a balance or alignment saying I had to get my car looked at mechanically before they could do a balance and alignment. I did just that and got the king pins, bearings and front end looked at. Issues still there and took it back. Despite the issue still there they did the balance and alignment again blaming my car. I took to another mechanic for second opinion, who started a process of elimination. Put the original rims back on problem solved. Upon telling them they blamed the other mechanics despite the issue relevant before anyone else touching the car besides them. Did not want to know about it with no concern what so ever. Do not deal with this company. Heartless and dodgy. 0 stars

I bought a set of tyres from them, and a day later, on our big interstate trip, one of them burst. These guys replaced it without question. After they showed it to the tyre rep, he said it had been nicked by something sharp on the road, but this store still didn't charge me because they said their guarantee was important to them. They then balanced the wheels again for free. I then had to get one tyre removed for mechanical repairs, and they gave me another free wheel balance, because they said if I bought the tyres from them, I get free wheel balances. I can't think of better service than that.

I always go here. They are genuine and experienced, and very helpful. I have found them to be ery reliable and trustworthy in past dealings.
