Beaufort and Skipton Health Service

This place was rude failed to fill in a claim form and failed to supply an important referal, i was made to feel that i was not welcome there as i had some information of my own on my condition that did in fact work when i got the prescription elsewhere which was lenthy trip.

Also barriers were placed on the filling in of a form which meant it could not be achieved without many trips when in fact this was not required as once again it was done elsewhere,

It was not a great experiance!
