One of the worst places I have been! Firstly they seemed to have lost my booking and we're confused when I arrived. My treatment room was next to the kitchen and laundry so all through my massage & facial the dryer was running and people were back and forth microwaving their lunch. Not exactly relaxing! The door to my treatment room didn't close properly and while I was waiting with a face mask on they left the door half open. Random people kept coming into the room - 4 times people came into move towels etc. no privacy at all. My facial was started by one therapists but finished off by another and when I left my skin was tight and not at all moisturised. They charged me the wrong amount and then rang me 8 times to chase up an extra $10 when it was their mistake to undercharge me. Awful experience and I would not recommend at all.
