What a disgusting experience I've had with becextech so far.I ordered a phone to be delivered to Sydney and paid extra $20 for insurance and another $20 for 2 day delivery.They send the phone to Hong Kong.I naturally cancelled the order.Since I cancelled it I've been told I must accept it.Ive been told that if I returned it there will be a restocking fee of 20% which is $175 and that if I didn't accept delivery of the phone I'd be charged a $65 redirection fee.The experience has absolutely awful to say the least.So much for customer satisfaction guaranteed.What a disgraceful company

Incredible prices and deals to start with, not number 1 but among the top three best offers on the net. The service I got from them was also marvelous just like before. The item that I ordered was out of stock though, however I was notified about it, as well as about when the shipment would arrive finally. On the day that it had been estimated to be delivered, the item came in time and was in good shape.

Thanks for your help and your response time. I am impressed with the quick turn around time on the order. It literally arrived the next day which was completely unexpected, but meant that it was in time for our next trip, so much appreciated

BEWARE!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM BECEXTECH!!!
Purchased a "New" Google Pixel phone, that arrived 3 weeks after ordering as it was sourced from a third party in China.
From day 1 of use, the phone kept switching off randomly & after the 5th time I was unable to restart. I contacted Becextech & was asked to return the phone for a "technician to review".
The phone was returned & I was advised there was no issue with the phone. Email after email to resolve the issue, I was accused of falsifying that the phone was faulty & I've been made to pay a ridiculous fee of $128 to have the faulty phone returned!
Absolutely appalling company.

First and foremost, the speed of delivery was truly remarkable. Despite being an interstate order, the package arrived merely a day after I placed the order. Such rapid service greatly impressed me. Moreover, I'd like to extend my appreciation to the Becextech customer service team. They proved to be not only friendly but also exceptionally efficient. I encountered a situation where I needed to make a last-minute change to my order. Remarkably, they accommodated this request even as the package was already on the packing line and almost ready for shipment. This level of flexibility and responsiveness is truly commendable. In summary, my experience with Becextech has been nothing short of excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever and am extremely satisfied with their service.
