It is my opinion that any prospective clients of this Legal practice should go elsewhere for their legal needs. I am extremely disappointed by their ethics and lack of professional ability. I also question the two five star reviews that left no feedback and would ask are they employees. We engaged this firm to act for us in a situation where we were seeking remuneration from franchise situation and they accepted us as clients knowing the full details of the matter. Yet when the matter started to go somewhere they suggested that they didn't have the necessary skill set to follow it through and sent me a rather exorbitant invoice. All advice was only presented as their view, and not explained with any legal reference or point in law, and only ever over the phone and not in writing. It was as if they didn't want to accept any responsibility for the view they were presenting. Which again in my opinion is very dodgy. Please save yourself the hassle and stay clear.
We appreciate it can be frustrating when you don't receive the outcome you were hoping for. However, it is disappointing that you have chosen to make false allegations about Beckhaus Legal and false suggestions about the clients who chose to review our services on another public platform. We have communicated with you openly and honestly at all times and look forward to explaining the circumstances of your matter with the Legal Services Commissioner when we are contacted in relation to your complaint.
