Bell Contracting Co Pty Ltd

We had a visit by one of Bell Contracting Pty Ltd's tradesmen at our premises. We had a broken Rianni heater. We described the fault on the phone. (Fault: Lack of gas supply. The gas outlet was working perfectly in the house and the heater was checked on multiple outlets, hence the heater could have been fixed in the work shop). Never-the-less Bell Contracting insisted on an outcall. Bell Contracting should have realized on the phone that an outcall is not required.



The Bell Contractor then turned up with no spare parts and malfunctioning tools. Consequently they fixed nothing but still charged $242 inc. GST for the outcall and tinkering (Malfunctioning gas-detector tool). The tradesman spent his time fixing his equipment rather getting on with the job.



We asked for a refund but the Bell Contracting management is unresponsive.



I strongly recommend not to use this company for any service work.
