Bella Medi-Spa

Coming here for a first time was incredibly disappointing. The salon looked great but services were terrible. Despite having an appointment, I still waiting approximately 25 minutes which is definitely more than the average wait. The staff members were incredibly rude and the products used were definitely not high quality. There’s definitely no way I’d ever go back, so dissapointing.

Very disappointed with this service as it was unsatisfactory & v expensive. When booking it recommended the time required would be 1.5hr+ & I was finished in under 40mins with most of the items completed to a poor standard. I also developed a rash from some of the waxing.

Given the price, I expected a high quality experience. I emailed the management as they apparently offer a money back guarantee but never heard from the business. I was leaving for O/S the next day & had to shave after the poor waxing so a complete waste of time & money. The international flight was also v uncomfortable due to waxing underarm burns & rash. I would not recommend this business.

i went to this salon and received a very rushed and half hearted job. i was over charged for the service and wish i didnt waste my money and time. very disappointed with service as they did not listen to any of my needs

Roslyn is amazing. I have been following Roslyn around at different salons for some time now, and am so happy she has opened up her own place, and it's right around the corner! Seriously though, Roslyn does the best eyebrow shaping I have ever come accross and she is reasonably priced. The new medi-spa is gorgeous inside and impeccable clean while still remaining comfortable.

I recommend Bella Medi-Spa to everyone I know, and I will never see anyone else for my eyebrows again.

What a salon! My first time there and i am definitely going back!!
Warm and friendly staff, fantastic service,
and the best thing about it is they have childcare, i don't have to think about finding someone to look after my little girl which is so appealing to me.
