Worst wax experience ever. Had brazilian, wax was smothered on all over the place in big sections. You would think after saying it hasn't been waxed for a while she would be more calculated. Some areas she did 4 times over if not more because the first time didn't pick up (because of the large area covered)she had to keep going over it.
Was so painful but also despite all the pain there was hair still there after she finished. I was then told to put a cold pack on at home and tweezer the rest off... seriously!? Had better!
I would not recommend this place at all. I discovered Bella Vue online while looking for places that specialise in waxing as I had never waxed before. I was pretty nervous and did not know what to expect particularly since I was 27weeks pregnant. The staff who attended me did not introduce themselves to me. They gave me no advice nor did they explain the process to me even though I had made it clear I had never waxed before and that I was pregnant. They didn\'t even warn me when they were getting started. They may be express and quick but the service was hardly high quality and the discomfort was extreme to say the least.
Itâ??s very disappointing to receive a comment like this. We Work hard to offer friendly and quality service, and we will investigate the concerns you have raised. I hope you will give us another chance in the future. Bella Vue Beauty.
Highly Recommend the girls @ Bella Vue - I have been going here since they opened for waxing, spray tans, facials and even piercing and I have not once had a bad experience. They are friendly and reward their loyal customers with regular discounts. I will continue to tell my friends and family about this salon as it is a great experience.
