Bellingham Maze
The Bellingham Maze is a unique outdoor maze and puzzle attraction with lots of fun activities for families, adults, retirees and groups. First you have to get through the magic waterfall and then travel the rainforest walk to the cafe. The main attraction is the giant living hedge maze where your mission is to find your way to the middle and back out again. There is also a tyre maze, rope maze and two tile puzzle mazes that are brain teasing. There are metal and wooden brain-teasing puzzles in the cafe and the puzzle shop stocks a great range of puzzles for purchasing.
It's an outdoor attraction and includes a picnic area and a huge walk through aviary housing around 100 beautiful birds. The Bellingham Maze is also a fantastic team building challenge and they have programs for groups that want a low-impact team challenge. It's great for school visits and vacation care groups. There is also Snow White and her cottage and a fun hunt to find the seven dwarves. This is an interactive place and adults are encouraged to accompany their children through the maze and join in the activities with the ...read more
A unique place to visit with the family if you like wandering around nature and taking in some bird watching. The bird aviary was my favourite part with a selection of gorgeously unique and tame birds.
Unfortunately the maze itself is starting to look a little rundown from my perspective and the admission cost is a bit steep for what you get but it is a lovely change to be able to look around first before being slugged the entry fee. Friendly staff, an onsite cafe to enjoy a Devonshire tea or light snack or why not pack your own and enjoy a bbq. Also a well stocked information display for tourists to continue your journey.
For groups and birthdays they offer a night maze experience which offers something a little different to the norm and there is also a variety of mini golf courses and puzzles for the whole family. One to tick off the bucket list if you are up on the Sunshine Coast.
I went here today. It was overpriced and horrible. It had cheap wood panels up for a maze as the hedges were growing. We where there for about 10mins and left. I would never recommend this place EVER!!!. It was a disappointment to the five and six year old boys we took.
We went there in Sept. The place was found to be run down. The hedge of the maze was thinned out and see through at the base. The mini golf is sad looking and in need of some maintenence. On a good note, we got out family pass online so it was cheaper than usual but even so, still overpriced for the quality of the place! I would not recommend it, nor will I return there,
