The worst place I've ever been to, the reception are useless at there jobs, today they kept me waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor, after the first hour I complained only to be told 'I'm on the phone' after 2 hours I went straight to the nurse and she found out reception didn't let the doctor know I was there. They always change my appointments on me, once without even letting me know, twice booking me in to see a doctor that's not mine. Doctors are great it's just a shame they employ incompetent people.
