My Bentley home is 6 years old now my experience from build to now hasn’t been a pleasant one, Here is my story.
I picked up several items on my final inspection which weren’t repaired by hand over, broken master bedroom window, hand rail for stairs that wasn’t stained or sanded properly which I was charged $800 for by the way the construction manager was kind enough to leave me the stain so I could re do it myself (Wayne the maintenance guy ended up having it fixed for me), mortar on brickwork was all different colours looked terrible like the brickwork had been repaired, wrong colour cabinetry in the downstairs powder room, Garage roof roughly painted, multiple windows scratch and multiple other paint issues gaps in brick work allowing mice to enter that house no mortar where pipes entered the house. After all the horror stories l had heard about building l was in two minds whether to build a new home or buy an established one, well let me say l am glad l took the first option. I am half way through the building process with Bentley Homes and could not be happier with the building company of my choice. After researching various companies and wanting value for our dollar, my wife and l had concluded that Bentley Homes were the builders for us. An update on our build. So far our build has been great, the slab was laid nine weeks ago and we are allready at paint stage. That is very quick and there was a break for easter in that time. They are so quick and do a great job, the workmanship is very good. Our SS is so easy to contact, he is always keeping us in touch along with admin. We couldn't be happier.
We have moved into our new home and just love it. The build only took 16 weeks from slab and the house is perfect. I would recommend Bentley Homes to anyone looking for a quality home, a builder who genuinely cares about their client's, are easy to contact and are quick to fix any thing up.
