He is an incredibly rude, who promised to bulk bill me when I called to inquire about prices. It was even written next to my name on the booking sheet. I turn up, it took five minutes for him to do my procedure and then I was informed that he wasn't going to bulk bill me! I insisted that he'd said over the phone that he would but he said he doesn't bulk bill students. When I got asked why I was being told one thing and another was happening (as a student, I'm can't afford unexpectedly out of pocket) his poor reception staff said "he's just in a bad mood". A bad mood that costs his patients a lot!
