The girls at this salon are the most lovliest and approachable hairdressers ive met. All very professional. I've never been dissapointed with the results of my hair from Berdi. All my cuts and colours have been on point. I've had horrible experiences at other salons and can now finally say that i have made Berdi my salon to go to.
I have to agree with other reviews...wish I had read these reviews earlier. I too discussed hair colour in detail before going ahead. What was agreed on was a mid blonde base colour with slightly darker foil highlights for depth. What I ended up with was dark 'salt & pepper' grey and white blonde tones. I was made to feel it was my mistake, no apologies were given when the colour was 'unveiled', and I, like a previous reviewer, had to have the colour stripped from my hair. Everything is fine at this salon....until they make mistakes.....then it's down hill from there. DO NOT GO TO BERDIE.
I asked for a mid brown colour that would be a few shades darker than my natural hair colour. I mentioned that my hair takes colour very fast and that my hair turned black the last time I got it coloured at another salon. After the dye was put through my hair the hairdresser left me unattended and did not check the colour, finally another hairdresser took me to get my hair washed, but it was too late and my hair was already black. I had to get my hair bleached to take some of the colour out, however my hair was still very dark after this. Overall I am very disappointed especially after being recommended to go there.
