Nicely refurbished restaurant offers a better selection than your normal pub fare with a specials board for a bit of extra variety. Really cosy lounge area with log fire and comfortable furnishings suitable for the whole family and kids toy room makes it great for Mum & Dad to have a night out with the children in tow. Reburbishments still in progress and still a bit of refinement required in the dining room (new cutlery would be nice!) but all in all a nice little country pub with a pleasant atmosphere.
