If you are looking at purchasing a new car definatly go and see Didier he gave us confidence with the car we were buying.

Tried to rip us off. Told us that we had to pay $2,000 for a safety pack option on a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited when its included as standard and were trying to get us to pay $4,000 more than quoted by two other dealers. They also offered us $7,000 less trade in than we got from Knox Jeep for our current 2017 Jeep. Shop around these people are a rip off you will do better by thousands.

I dont understand exhausted every avenue to resolve my issue . NO SERVICE NO CALL BACK NOTHING . Jeep over priced rubbish people that sell it dont even drive them i think . 3 years full service history and its depriviated 60% what a piece of rubbish .

Not even a hello, and we were in the salesroom for a good 10-20 minutes with sales staff strolling past with nothing to do etc. We bought a Toyota as our first new car about 10 years ago, and it was a great experience! Our excitement didn't waver at all and we loved our dealings with them. The car wax ready when they said it would be, and the staff were awesome. Only a week into this new Jeep deal and we are already considering canceling. It should be an exciting experience for us as we have worked so hard for a new car, and finally we found the one we were willing to spend our hard earned money on, and they simply couldn't give a rats. JEEP, get your act together. People choose you, so you should make them feel excited and confident about the whole deal. You have ruined such a big moment for us. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
