Best Friend Pet Centre

Simply devastated. My dog was in there for one night, I sent along his bed, his blanket, and three of his favourite toys, and a bag if treats. He came back with a mouth injury, and none of his toys used. When I asked what happened, they told me they put in one toy and a blanket. They told me it was my fault for the mouth injury, as the one toy they gave him had a squeaker disk which fell out. (They inferred then that the toy was taken away, so my dog had no toys then overnight.) They were aggressive to me on the phone, and not willing to take on the idea that an anxious dog without his toys, might have just chewed on something he shouldn't have. I spoke with the management, and I could hear them in the background talking aggressively, too. I will never use them again.

Despite paying nearly twice the normal fee to get my cat the 'Kitty Comfort Package' every day. My cat came back from staying at 'Best Friend Pet Centre' in a disappointing condition. One of his toys were misplaced and they gave me back both of his blankets soaking wet in a plastic bag. He hardly ever meows now and we feel horrible for ever taking him to them.

Best Friend Pet Centre were as good as they come ! they took wonderful care of my little angel and were friendly too. I would defiantly recommend this for those who love their pets :)
