These people are disgusting, abusive and manipulative to adopters. They care more about money and adoption numbers rather than finding the right home for the dogs they have on foster. Avoid this org like the plague.

Admin seemed to take great pleasure in being rude & abusive, rather than actually discuss the animal I contacted them about on their Facebook page. Definitely not an organisation I'd adopt from or trust an animal's welfare to.

Caveat Emptor! Buyer beware! Hide behind first names, mobile numbers and a GPO Box.
Do not surrender a beloved pet to these shysters.

Very poor profesionalism from these guys. Rude, arrogant, and confrontational right from the start. I would expect better from people trying to rehome dogs

Unprofessional & disgusting behavior from Best Friends Rescue PLS READ I have recently made contact with the business called Best Friends Rescue to re-home pets though a private adoption. A staff had gotten in contact with me via phone once to discuss the process and then via email communication. The process appeared easy; I was to email photos with text about the animals personalities, which I did. All seamed well with the service, until I received an email with a form which wasnt discussed on our initil call. This form was requesting I give over all my rights to my animals and ownership. When I questioned this form (as private adoptions are only ever handled by the owner) I was met with emails of aggression and disrespect. PLS NOTE: This was all because I felt uncomfortable signing the form and asked questions.
