I purchased liver treats and tried a new brand. The pieces were so thick that it was impossible to break up into small pieces. I returned the next day to be told that I should take it up with the manufacturer as they didn't make the product. Only agreed to a refund after 10 minutes of arguing and me telling them I would report to Consumer Affairs and turn to social media. Appalling. Staff need basic training in consumer rights. You've lost this 'VIP' customer.
Very over priced. The grooming is terrible for what you pay for and the vets tell you whatever you need to know to try and make money from you! DONT go here!

Pet food way overpriced even after member's discount. Make a big fuss to match price with other store. Staff are friendly and i had no problem dealing with other staff . i think they should be trained how to deal with the customer with respect....probably good to start with a simple basic like "making eye contact when talking to the customer!"
