BEST NAILS AND BEAUTY SUPPLY

It's not a good place to buy supplies. They don't tell clients exactly the price they want to sale the item, always ask the client how much they buy in the other place. They also put the price up and do buy 10 get 1 free instead of sale normal price. Furthermore, the staff was very rude ( the one wear glasses on). Especially, some items have been use before sale.

I walk in browsing the products and i ask the lady how much a certain item cost, holding it up to show what exactly i am asking about and she replies 15 dollars which i also confirm the price. I then walk to find more products and return to the table asking for another product behind the counter. She says its $35. I bring out my phone to show the lady her own website with $10 underneath it and tells me she cannot sell it to me. Mistakes can happen, fair enough--but is still false advertising.
Then it comes to payment time and the price is more than i expected. The first product supposedly $15 ended up being $30.
I went in happy and come out furious. This company needs to be on top of things and to stop making up prices. If she didnt have a clue just say so or scan the product. Simple.
