We have made a number of changes to the Operations side of the business in recent weeks. We have a new General Manager who has a strong operations background. He is putting a lot of procedures in place to ensure projects are delivered on time and without any issues. We are also moving away from using a mix of subcontractors and employees for installations, to employees only.
