Up to tonight, we had been a customer for 3 years and got a pizza almost every Friday night on the way home or got it delivered. Never again. When we rang to question why our pizza still had not arrived after over an hour we were told it hadn't even been put in the oven yet so would be at least another half hour. I have kids waiting to be fed and were looking forward to a special treat. I rang back to question why and was told they were busy. OK. I was then also told that Warneet was too far away and would soon be taken off the route so they didn't care if were happy or not and that our pizza was being taken out of the oven and he hung up. Hope it still arrives so we can send it away. I told them I would say we had bad service online and they didn't care. Hope you read this, I plan on telling everyone not to get pizza from them.
