The rep they sent out was terrible, wanted to get in and out with stock standard setup, when we want something well designed. Eventually asked them to leave when it was clear they would not help us get what we needed. When we tried to explain to the Taren Point head office and get a different rep, the manager wasn't interested in our side of the story at all, just kept defending the rep.

I got a sliding door with mirrors insalled in my daughter's room in 2016. Two years later she's sitting on the floor putting on her shoes and with a simple accidental kick to the bottom of the doors, they both fell on her. Thankfully there was a chair just behind her that took most of the fall. Ambulance came and thank God she was ok. We contacted Betta the next day at their Taren Point office and a lade (didn't mention her name) hung up on my wife when she tried to complain. I raised a complaint directly on their website and after many attempts to get them to come and look at it, finally a 'Bill' comes to our house to look at the doors. He says there's nothing wrong with them and it was our fault and not theirs. Somehow a 6 year old managed to kick two sliding door with enough force that they both came off the tracks and fell. Once you have paid, don't expect any after-sales service. The head office (Taren Point?) staff will use any excuse to refuse service, including not having a quote number. They can easily look up your name or contact number (which the branch office said they could do), but they just prefer hanging up in your ear. It also happens to be a very convenient excuse to deny service and responsibility for defects.

Try contacting management and you'll get even worse. Management actually condones this behaviour from their rude and dysfunctional frontline operators. ...read more

NEVER use this company!! Betta Shower Screens the worst company our development company has used in 30 years!! No communication, 6 installation visits instead of 1 because of poor workmanship. Wrong glass brought to site twice extra holes drilled into shower walls, - looks like a dogs breakfast. Bunch of clowns! Nostars from our company
