Better Rentals Mornington

I have hired from Better Rentals over the years. Recently I hired a block splitter for one which was half the price of their competition Kennards. I paid $160, Kennards hire charge was $260 for the same or similar machine. Better Rentals maintain their machines well and service is prompt and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Hired a chipper from better rentals mornington, the machine was basically new and a great machine. It did the job well. The greatest downfall of this business is its management, after being told that i could not collect a machine untill 'at least 8:30-9am' i explained to them that this would not constitute 'a days hire' if i was to return it at 4:30. They said fine hire it for 24 hrs for $40 extra. I said fine no problem ill have it back at 8:30-9am which will give me an extra hr to complete the job in the morning prior to returning the machine. That same afternoon i recive multiple calls from a polite staff member stating that the machine had to be back that same afternoon as they had a booking in the morning. I said look ill have it back in the morning as per the 24hr contract. The next morning at 7:09 am i recive a call from the extremely rude manager Dale to the tune of bring the machine back now.
