Better Tiling Solutions started to remove my bathroom tiles, damaged the bath that I had decided to keep because it was in good condition and to keep costs down.I had to buy a new bath, have the old removed and the new one installed by plumbers which took 3 hours. When Better Tiling Solutions returned to continue with the tiling, I asked if he would help with the cost of the new bath and installation, he shouted at me, refused to pay and said he was leaving and not coming back. I repeatedly asked him to stay and I stated that I would cover all costs of the bath. He stated that he can't work in these conditions because I maje him feel guilty and he left and stated that he will not come back.I am now left with a shell of a bthroom, trying to find another tiler. Shameful, inconsiderate and completely unprofessonal.
