Bevilles Jewellers

I was so disappointed with the service. On my first purchase I was asked to sign up for membership and receive $20.00. After one month i went to ringwood eastland to buy, I showed my membership card, the staff swiped and said I have got $20.00off. But then staff didn't give me discount and asked for a proof. I had no proof but the beville card which said on their system that I m getting $20 off. I had to pay full price, which was ridicules, inspite I was entitled to. I was so disappointed, having a membership card is just a big joke.so unhappy.
