Customer service is bad in this store. The staff member actually sighed and rolled his eyes at me. Appalling service, particularly when they consider offering you an exchange or credit note. The staff attitude is shocking, I will never be going back there again. I have told all my friends and family about this experience. Stay away.
Wonderful gowns, wonderful customer service. I cant believe how helpfull and nice the assistant was. It was an absolute pleasure shopping there. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality and great service....A big thank you to the shop assistance NINA who was extremely nice and extremely helpfull....keep up the good work :-)
