Don't want to be negative but this is a fair review. The nice thing about this place is the staff being friendly and it ends there. The hair cut was terrible, the staff did not listen and when they cut too much off their excuse was they had to do it because of the wave in my hair. It has taken me weeks to come to terms with such a bad cut (and the $90 for it) and will take a couple of years to grow what shouldn't have been chopped. Don't put yourself thru the Biba experience!
