If you choose to read all of the comments in the visitors books, every guest has extremely positive praise and for both the establishment and the hosts, all indicating friendliness, congeniality, cleanliness and care. The Bibbulmun Break Motel [aka Northcliffe Motel] has recently been accredited by the Tourism Council of Australia. The accreditation has to be earned by the hosts and demonstrates their positive commitment to the tourism industry.
The place is nice. The rooms are not large but good enough.
This was the third time for us to visit southern WA in long week -ends, so in a sense we were well aware of what kind of hospitality to expect from chalets or motels.
But here, for the first time in our life, the staff member on duty very rudely commented 'Use the bed linens carefully else I have to iron it'.
I just want to mention the next night we spent at Karri Valley paying 20% less and the previous night we stayed at Bolganup Homestead paying 6% less than this motel but the hospitality and behaviour was soothing.
My suggestion: think twice before booking.
