Have just stayed in the cleanest and friendliest park in Qld. The staff went out of there way to help us. They assisted us in parking the van on site, gave us information, maps and directions, and made booking for us. What a pleasure to stay in such a great park with great facilities and staff. Thank you
Bad service, the staff know nothing about hospitality, angry faced and never smile.
The kitchen is very dirty and the fridges are full of rust from outside and have seen a better age, they are also full of ice and dirt inside and never been cleaned for a long time.
I don't recommend it at all
Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry you were unhappy with the camp kitchen facilities. They do experience a lot of traffic when we are busy and are cleaned every day. The fridge does indeed have some surface rust on the exterior but rust is always an issue in our location and the freezer is defrosted every week.
