Big Fella's Pizza, Pasta & Meals

I ordered a delivery mid week and was advised the estimated delivery time was 75mins which was already excessive for a usual pizza delivery. After 1.5Hrs I called the business to find out how much longer the delivery would be and was advised the delivery driver left 20 mins ago (for a 15 min trip) and should be there soon. After a further half hour I called the business again and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude! He did not apologise at all and said "I have told you the driver is on his way so he should be there soon". I said this is really not acceptable as have already been waiting for 1hr45mins and he rudely said "well if you have a problem waiting would you like me to cancel it?" At this stage it was already 9pm. I advised that I didn't want to cancel it and asked if they would provide a voucher or anything for the delay and the man rudely replied "NO" and put my call on hold and did not return. Rang at 6.30pm and ordered 2 pizzas delivered

Told it would take 45 mins

90 mins later it arrives

Not impressed with ingredients. Have no idea what kind if cheese they use

Absolutely horrible! The pizza had about 3 cm of cheese on it and wasn't baked through at all. In the middle some of the cheese had hardly melted. The pasta was horribly soft and the onions in it at the same time almost raw. The cheese cake for dessert just the cheap frozen stuff from the supermarket. Still frozen and in its original packaging (still the best of the 3 dishes though). No idea how a place like this could get these great reviews. First and last time.

Very sad as this place came highly recommended but would have to say the management is rude and the wait times for a local pizzeria (in excess of an hour) are ridiculous. The pizzas are ok and a good portion to feed the family but wayyyyy overpriced.

Wow you never get a bad pizza here .... The staff go out of there way to help you ... The management always calls me if the pizza is going to be late .. He also says they do not cook the pizza till the driver confirms his on his way back .. To get a cold pizza would never happen .
