Richard is an absolute legend and I will always return to this store because of his service. He helped us with a keyboard purchase for my daughter and some strings and for such small purchases, his service was 10/10. The store is well stocked and all employees are massively friendly. Won’t even consider anywhere else but here. Love the place.

You won't find a more dedicated and sincere bunch than here at Big Music. They are not only really good at what they do but more improtantly they care about what they do.

We have been really happy with Big Music's products we've bought, their price match, and especially their customer service. Everything done over the phone. Ed has been fantastic, nothing has been too much trouble. We dealt with Randall last year and he was great too. Both knew their products and were very pleasant to deal with.

Very happy with the service I recieved buying an acoustic guitar. Served by a guy named Ed who was very good. He was very tuned in to what I was looking for and he suggested a guitar that I would have overlooked. I really like the guitar.

Generally speaking the shop is well stocked with good prices. It's a good shop.
