I've been into this store a few times and it's always been easy to find what I'm looking for.
A great location in the newly renovated side of the mall, plenty of stock and staff are on hand to help if required.
They always have some sort of sale/specials on at this store as well.
I do love the BIG W chain, they have some great bargains/specials all the time. Their DVD section is great (but could be bigger and better organised!) love the price of mens and ladies clothing and it's the only place I know of to buy Whitman's Chocolates! The store is well layed out and finding everything is pretty easy, if not, the staff are always helpful :-) Their craft section is pretty good as well, generally I find the place neat and tidy. They have a new *one line* at the checkouts which is handy and there is a big screen tv that *directs* you to the next available check-out - no more getting *stuck* behind any *problems/hold ups*.
